    Uzu for iPad

The most amazing app for the iPad. This little $1.99 gem is almost enough to make me shell out the dough for an iPad. You don't even need to be on drugs to enjoy this, though drugs might make it more of a surreal experience. Either way, this is one of the best recreational-entertainment apps to come into the App Store. When's it arriving for the iPhone?

Hey, thanks for the positive comments. I'm currently working on the iPhone version. I hope to submit it for review sometime in July, and to help promote the iPad version, Uzu for the iPhone will be free for a limited time at launch. Jason

You can't argue that Gary Vaynerchuk doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to the social media space, or biz dev in general. It's kind of amazing when someone with such clout reaches out and gives some serious personal attention to an everyday Internet user.

His latest activity: Sending my girlfriend a box full of @gourmetlibrary goodies for buying his first book, Crush It. His initial gift was actually a certificate for an advance copy of his next book, The Thank You Economy, but after April tweeted back to him ultimately saying "thanks, but I was hoping for something more unexpected!" he didn't lie when he said he'd send back something more interesting!

So, what am I saying? Awesome experience, awesome guy, awesome philosophy, awesome brand. If that doesn't want to make you do business with someone, I don't know what does.

    3-Piece Suits

Easily the pimpest of outfits. I should actually invest in a suit, seeing that the only suit I have is my father's old getup from the 80s (he says 90s, but I don't know about that). Also, black is out, grey is in. Once I get a modern 3-piece, all I'll need is a pocket watch and I'll be set.

    Jim Carrey

I was the biggest Jim Carrey fan while growing up. I nearly died of asphyxiation from laughing so hard during Ace Venture: Pet Detective and Dumb and Dumber. His humor in some movies clearly caters to a younger audience, but Dumb and Dumber is still by far one of the best movies of his career.

Can he be a bit much at times? Yes. You definitely have to be in the mood to watch his comedic movies, but he's come a long way from those days. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind was a great diversion from his wacky facial expressions and noise making characters.

In the end, he's either one of those guys you love or hate. He's hilarious or he's forever annoying. You choose. In my case, he's great, even if he is a bit much at times.

  • Last.fm Scrobbler

    Last.fm Scrobbler

I just learned about the scrobbler for last.fm a few months ago and I've been obsessed with it ever since. I'm a big social media fan, a bigger analytics fan, an even bigger web apps fan, and a huge music fan, so it only seems natural that I would love the service. I also have this pet peeve of hating listening to one band too often, so seeing how much I've listened to some bands over others has made me hyper-aware of my music habits. That and I love that it scrobbles plays off my iPhone and iPod when I sync them. And in case you didn't know, last.fm serves as Internet radio as well. You should try it out if you haven't. http://www.last.fm/

Haha, I'll see what I can do. lastgraph.areacode.org has done a pretty awesome job at doing that though. Not sure I can make anything better.. But what kind of attitude is that?
